Adjusting base 4 output density
Adjust the half-tone densities (levels 2 and 3) on base 4 outputs as follows.
Level 1 is fixed to white (tone 0) and level 4 to black (tone 31).
Setting range: -1 to +2. Reference: 0
161 Adjusting thresholds (central exposure level)
Adjust the read-in density (threshold) at Exp. 4.
Select the mode to be adjusted with the leading edge margin or left margin
keys.
THLD BW: binary
THLD HLF1: base 4 (light)
THLD HLF2: base 4 (normal)
THLD HLF3: base 4 (dark)
Setting range: -10 to +10. Reference: 0
162 Adjusting base 4 thresholds simultaneously
Perform the following adjustment to shift the densities (thresholds) on base 4
out-put
simultaneously. Since the number set in simulation 162 returns to zero after
setting,
be sure that the four values have been changed accordingly by running
simulation 161.
Setting range: -10 to +10. Reference: 0
163 Adjusting Exp. 1.0 threshold
Perform the following steps for making the densities (threshold) for Exp. 1.0
higher.
Select the mode to be adjusted with the leading edge margin or left margin
keys.
THLD BW (1.0): binary
THLD HLF1 (1.0): base 4
Setting range: -15 to 0. Reference: 0
164 Adjusting Exp. 7.0 threshold
Perform the following steps for making the densities (threshold) for Exp. 7.0
lower.
Select the mode to be adjusted with the leading edge margin or left margin
keys.
THLD BW (7.0): binary
THLD HLF1 (7.0): base 4
Setting ranges: 0 to +20 for THLD BW 0 to +10 for THLD HLF1. Reference: 0
SIM 160-162 больше значение - темнее изображение.
SIM 163-164 больше значение - светлее изображение.
Ps. у самого такой инженерки нет, посему присоветовать нечего...
